  7. Beware!!

This is a great idea…and seemingly well thought out….

UNTIL the temp falls below freezing. Then the buttons barely work. When the temp got to 10 F, forget it.

Big battery drain. they need to figure how to wake the transmitter when the ipod is off rather than continuing to drain the battery.

  8. Hi, I’m italian and first of all, I want to congratulate for your site (I liked the re-design too!).
Then, I hope to read something about the automating for EyeTv2.

    Have a nice day.

  11. Do you by any chance have any idea how I can download some software to my motorola V1 phone which is able to receive annimations and obviously has its own ‘series’ inside it but I cant access them to use in text messages…driving me nuts!!!! thanking you graciously in advance just in case…. ;-}

  12. ooops, I meant Motorola K1

  13. These are perfect! I really needed the 800IS :) Thanks!

  14. Excellent post! Thank you very much!

  15. When you say that the paid way will sync all calendars, do you mean that each cal will sync to its own category or folder on the phone or not?

  16. Each calendar gets prefaced by a [Name of Calendar] prefix, then the event title. As far as I know, they are not in individual calendars on the phone. Syncing new events back, from what I remember as I don’t add events on my phone that much, goes into your main google calendar.

Man this is a blessing……..way to go ..I just needed something to transfer data ( music and snaps) …for updates and sync i guess i have to depend on the pc…

  18. There is now a plugin available by Sony ericsson to have Isync recognise a P990I just look at :

  19. where do I get it…where’s the link?

  20. It comes with OS 10.4. Have a look for one called Snow Report. Not sure if it’s default in Leopard, but it was still there when I upgraded.

    Hello Everyone

Before I start I would like to apologize for posting out of context in this thread. I could not find a link to create a new post.

I have been using the icons on this page for a long time and I want to take the created of the icons for his/her work. They look great !!!

I have a small request if you have a chance. I recently purchased an ironkey (www.ironkey.com) its the only hardware encrypted thumb-drive that I know of that is cross platform. Looks and works great on both windows and MAC.

There is a catch, you must do the initial setup in windows and then the drive will work in both MAC osx as well as windows. It uses AES encryption and is supper fast compared to my old 2 gig cruzer. Take a look at the demo on there site.

I was hoping you can help me out with a MAC icon for this drive.

  22. will do – but I’m out in the cold with no internet access for the next few weeks. If you can hang on a month then I should be able to sort one out.

  28. Would you like more updated icons? I can get the newest images and make them for you, or at least help. The company I work for does the online and print advertising for RIM.

  29. If you think you’re up to making them then go wild. I’d be happy to put them online. I’m not into making Icons so much anymore, the fact that Leopard supports up to 512x512px icons means that the large sized icon resources are much harder to make look decent. Most of my icon making was done through custom workflows in Photoshop, so having to go through each one and tidy them up by hand isn’t too appealing.

Very nice! Are you going to update the Mac icons for Leopard? They work fine, but you can make them sixteen times larger to show even more detail (up to 512 x 512 pixels, as opposed to the current 128 x 128 size).

  31. please add the new W980i :) lots of Q4 phones are all out already!

  32. Would love one for the Bold.
